8 Things Foreign Policy’s Failed State Index Isn’t Telling – Part 2

The Fund for Peace and Foreign Policy Magazine released their annual Failed State Index and its “hellish” Postcards from Hell photo essay supplement on June 24. Fifteen African countries are ranked at the top of the index among the twenty “most failed states” in the world.

This photo essay is Part 2 (see Part 1 here) of a response that aims to show not the “hellishness” but the humanity and resiliance of the people living in these so-called “most failed” countries.
